3. Students moving to Shanghai usually don´t have a student of living in an expat compound. If you are a foreign student moving to Shanghai, we can provide you information about the basic stuff, but would not necessarily have good ideas on where you would find an apartment.
A lot of small local Chinese real estate agents are often willing to give foreign students housing opportunities, but you have to be careful on not getting scammed. That might end up being very expensive.
